Scandinavian interior style is not all about pared-back, minimalist living and functional, identikit furniture. Here’s why the century-old Svenskt Tenn idea of abundance, exuberance and “luxe cosiness” is still popular today. There’s also a lot of attention on the . The rumour mill has gone into a frenzy, positing everyone from Haim (highly likely) to Pulp (also likely) to Lady Gaga (not a chance) and Daft Punk (because some Glastonbury traditions never die). But one of the best things about Glastonbury is stumbling across an act you’ve never heard of who instantly…
Prosecutors in New York are set to rest their case in the weeks-long federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial of rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. The 55-year-old music mogul is accused of using his power as the leader of a business empire to facilitate the sex trafficking of women and conceal his crimes. Mr Combs has admitted to domestic violence – but has pleaded not guilty to the prosecution’s charges, some of which rely on laws once aimed at mob bosses to try and bring him down. The defence has yet to make its case – which Mr Combs’ attorneys have said…

The company already has some of the most successful mobile games ever released; last year Clash of Clans and Brawl Stars generated more than billion…
Google may have to make changes in the UK to give consumers more choice over who they use for online search services, the competition watchdog has said. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is investigating the US technology giant under a new law which means the regulator can demand changes at a firm if it is found to hold too much power in a particular market. Google accounts for more than 90% of searches in the UK and 200,000 businesses use the company’s search advertising to reach customers. Its parent company, Alphabet, said the CMA’s suggestions were “broad and unfocused”…

In 2024, if Russian official figures are to believed, its economy outgrew those of all the G7 nations – Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, and the US. This growth in Russia was led by the Kremlin’s record military spending. The country’s oil exports, by volume, have also remained relatively stable, as supplies once destined for Europe have been diverted to china and india. And a “shadow feet” of tankers, whose ownership and movements…
